Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing the company You Tube pages, including adding new posts, and stories, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring the page analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in YouTube content creation, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Collaborating with another department to develop content for social media channels.
- Develop strategies to increase website and conversion rates through organic.
- Build criteria for successful output to drive overall business and partnership performance.
- Develop new strategies for growing engagement and followers.
- Manage YouTube channel administration, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring comments, and engaging with the audience.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in YouTube content creation, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cross-platform promotional strategies and campaigns.
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
